Tacoma RV is seeking an experienced and motivated RV Shop Foreman to lead our service team. If you have at least one year of RV service experience and are ready to take on a leadership role, we want to hear from you!

As our Shop Foreman, you will oversee daily operations in our service department, ensuring efficiency, quality workmanship, and technician productivity. This is a great opportunity to work with a well-established, family-owned dealership specializing in Travel Trailers, Fifth Wheels, and Toy Haulers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage technician scheduling and workflow to maximize efficiency.
• Keep technicians focused and on task while maintaining high productivity.
• Ensure quality service and customer satisfaction.
• Provide technical guidance and support to service staff.
• Maintain a well-organized and professional work environment.
