Full-time | Tuesday–Saturday | 6:30am–3:30pm | DOE up to $40/hr + Commission

Are you skilled with your hands and enjoy problem solving? Tacoma RV, Washington’s #1 towable RV dealership, is seeking an Assistant Shop Foreman to join our state-of-the-art service team. This role is ideal for someone who knows a little about everything—electrical, plumbing, carpentry, flooring—or is eager to learn through hands-on training alongside our experienced Shop Foreman.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and troubleshoot RV issues
• Communicate repair needs and additional service requests
• Plan and coordinate work procedures with technicians
• Provide labor time estimates and monitor repair progress
• Mentor and support RV technician trainees
• Ensure proper documentation for client repairs
• Follow dealership policies and safety standards (including hazardous waste disposal)
• Attend company and factory training to continue skill development

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)
• 1–3 months of related hands-on training, OR a strong willingness to learn
• Valid driver’s license
• Team-oriented, organized, and safety-conscious
